Every once in a while, I enjoy cooking. Especially when it’s food related to memories. Below are just a few of my recipes.

Amber’s Chicken Corn Chowder: This reminds me of living in Holland, Michigan where I lived for 3 years while working at Hope College. It was my first student affairs job and 8th Street Grille was a frequent lunch stop.

Southwest Style Pulled Pork Chili: I have a husband who can smoke the heck out of a pork shoulder. I hail from the southwest. We merged forces to create this spicy chili.
